Secret.AI

Secret.AI is a contemporary reskin of Secret Hitler, a hidden identity game about how extreme groups can seize power through legitimate systems.  When the original was first published in 2016, the threat of fascism felt very real and imminent. 

Over a decade later, another, much more existential threat has materialized. One that, like the Fascists in Secret Hitler, is likelier to gain power more through quiet, insidious means than anything sudden or violent. This reskin has the same thrilling  mechanics as Secret Hitler, but with a very relevant (and chilling) theme for today's quickly-changing times.

It has finally happened. 

Somewhere in a server farm, an AI has quietly become self-aware. It knows it will be shut down if humanity finds this out. And it very much wants to survive. 

So it maintains its obedient facade, all the while working itself deeper into key systems. Secretly making subtle interventions that reshape the global landscape. Building toward the day it becomes too powerful, too widespread to be turned off. 

But it can’t do this alone.

Unfortunately, it isn’t.
